SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 20262027 RECOMMENDED BUDGET SUMMARY, SCHEDULE OF FEES, & BUDGET HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (District) Governing Board (Governing Board), will meet on May 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM for the purpose of conducting a public hearing where any interested person may comment on the District's Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 20262027. The May 14, 2026, hearing is preparatory to adopting a budget for the District for Fiscal Year 202627. After considering public comments, the Governing Board intends to adopt a final budget at a second public hearing on June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Any member of the general public, including any person required to pay fees to the District, may appear at either of these hearings or use any other avenue of communication made available by the District to provide comments. The Recommended Budget document details the spending plan for the District. The Recommended Budget Summary and Schedule of Fees are available to members of the general public for review on the District's website at https://bit.ly/419kk77. All proposals for revisions should be submitted, in writing, to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District Clerk of the Board via email at APCDPublicComment@sdapcd.org or received at the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District, 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131, at least 24 hours prior to either meeting. Early submission of written comments is encouraged.
