NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga State of California has set WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 2026, AT OR NEAR 7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, as the set time and place for public hearings on: (1) CITY OF SARATOGA , RECRUITMENT, AND RETENTION STATUS REPORT, AND (2) THE CITY OF SARATOGA'S PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2026 AND ENDING ON JUNE 30, 2027.
