City of Solana Beach Notice of Setting Various Fees for the Municipal Improvement Districts NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Solana Beach, California, will meet to determine and set the charges and providing the collection thereof, for fiscal year 2026/27 Municipal Improvement District Fees: District 2026/27 9C Santa Fe Hills $232.10 9EIsla Verde $68.74 9HSan Elijo #2 $289.58 33Hwy 101/RR RightofWay $3.12 These assessments generally fund landscape, slope and/or median maintenance within the Municipal Improvement District, will be adopted by the City Council on the consent agenda on June 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Written correspondence regarding this public hearing item must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on the meeting day at clerkoffice@cityofsolanabeach.ca.gov . received will be distributed to the City Council and will be made available for public viewing online with the agenda posting at the City's website www.cityofsolanabeach.ca.gov.See the posted Agenda online for Public Participation instructions.
