NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Torrance City Council will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Plan on TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as Council business will permit, in the Council Chamber located at 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in the meeting, please contact the City Manager's Office at (310) 618-5880. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility.
