VARIANCE NO. 470
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Steven Macias on behalf of Sequoia Consulting Inc. to allow a lot line adjustment to adjust 3 parcels of record and allow two parcels to not meet the minimum lot depth required within the RM (Medium Density Residential) zone. The project is located on the northwest corner of Cherry Street and Tulare Avenue (APNs 176-142-004 and, 003).
This application for a variance has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.84 of Title 10 of the City of Tulare Municipal Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15315 (minor land divisions) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 491 North "M" Street, Tulare, California. If you challenge the proposed project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tulare at, or prior to, the public hearing.
