PUBLIC NOTICE ON MAY 19, 2026, THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF MENDOCINO COUNTY DRAFT FY 2026-2027 ANNUAL PLAN FOR HOUSING PROGRAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday). IT WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY 9, 2026, AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: 1076 NORTH STATE ST. UKIAH, CA 95482. THE APPROVED PLAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC ONCE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. The Community Development Commission (CDC) will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at their Conference Room located at 1076 North State Street, Ukiah, California, to solicit public comment and consider adoption of the 2026-2027 Annual Plan. The CDC office is accessible to persons with disabilities.
