NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The County of Ventura Board of Supervisors, the Board of Supervisors of the Ventura County Watershed Protection District and the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Fire Protection District will conduct public hearings beginning at 10:30 a.m. on May 19, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room at 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California, to consider adoption of either resolutions or ordinances, or both, to establish or amend governmental service rates and fees for various County Departments, Agencies, and Districts.
Service costs, as determined by the applicable board, are incorporated by reference into various resolutions and ordinances which are used in the calculation of regulatory fees for County and District services. Hence, any determination that the current service costs differ from those previously determined by the applicable board will result in a corresponding change in such fees.
Interested parties may request the data used to calculate the current service rates from the County Executive Office telephonically at (805) 654-2686, during regular office hours, or by email to: asad.baig@venturacounty.gov

Any such request for accommodation should be made at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing for which assistance is requested. If you wish to make a public comment, please submit your comment to the COB by mail to the above address, or via email to the COB at clerkoftheboard@venturacounty.gov by 12:00 p.m. on the day prior to the public hearing, noting the agenda Item No. in the Subject Line.
