NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Whittier City Council will conduct a de novo public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon after as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chamber, 13230 Penn Street, on the following matter: Conditional Use Permit No. CUP25-0010 a request to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and distilled spirits) under a Type 48 (On-Sale General – Public Premises) ABC license for a new indoor lounge with outdoor seating with extended hours of operation, live entertainment, arcades and pool tables located at 7008 Walnut Grove Drive, (d.b.a.
