NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Yuba City (City) will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting of the COUNCIL on June 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM at 1201 Civic Center, Yuba City California 95993 to consider the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP).

The UWMP and WSCP describe the City’s current and projected water supplies, demands, and actions to prepare for and respond to water shortages, as required by California law.

The draft UWMP and WSCP will be available for public review on the City’s website at
https://www.yubacity.net/ and at 1201 Civic Center, Yuba City California 95993.
