SUMMONS (CITACION JUDICIAL) CASE NUMBER: 25CI-000044 NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: (Aviso al Demandado): TESTATE AND INTESTATE SUCCESSORS OF SUSAN D. CARPENTER, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THOUGH OR UNDER SAID DECEDENT; AND DOES 1-100, INCLUSIVE YOU ARE BEING SUED BY PLAINTIFF: (Lo esta Demandando el Demandante): U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 1999-5 NOTICE!
