INVITATION TO BID WESTERLY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WESTERLY FILING 3, LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Michael.Pekas@southernland.com, until May 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be opened via a Zoom link, to be provided upon request The Project includes the following Work: all work and materials related to the landscape, irrigation, playground equipment, site furnishings, and shelter necessary for the Westerly Filing 3 tracts. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Southern Land Company, 105 Wells Street, Suite 200A, Erie, CO 80516 Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be available electronically on May 13, 2026. Send request for bid documents to Mike Pekas at Michael.Pekas@southernland.com. Include company name, contact name and contact information in the request. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No pre-bid conference will be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
