Public Hearing — 15 Wilderness Drive, Blue River, CO

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Blue River Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to review a proposed setback variance at 15 Wilderness Drive (Lot 230 Wilderness Subdivision). The nature of the proposed variance is to request the rear setbacks on the east and south property lines be granted 10 feet of relief, such that the setbacks are set at 15 feet rather than the Town minimum of 25 feet. The public hearing will be held on May 26, 2026, at 5:00 pm at Blue River Town Hall, 0110 Whispering Pines Circle . Access to view and listen to the hearing may be provided via the Zoom link posted on the Town website. A copy of the application is available for inspection upon request with the Town Manager, at manager@townofblueriver.org . Public comments will be accepted from people attending in-person during the public hearing but due to limitations in the reliability and quality of internet connection, people attending by Zoom may view and listen to the hearing but will not be provided an opportunity to be heard . Written comment will also be accepted if sent on or before May 19, 2026, to manager@townofblueriver.org .
