TOWN OF BLUE RIVERNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Blue River, Colorado, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at or after 5:00 p.m. to consider approval of Ordinance 2026-03. This Ordinance will adopt by reference the International Fire Code (2024 Edition) published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, 6th floor, Washington, DC, 20001. The Public Hearing will be held during the Board of Trustees' Regular Meeting at Town Hall, 0110 Whispering Pines Circle, Blue River, CO 80424. Citizens wishing to speak to the Board during the Public Hearing and/or wish to ensure the opportunity to fully hear the proceedings of the Public Hearing must attend the Public Hearing in person. Although the Town may provide remote access to the Regular Meeting via Zoom (or another application) as a courtesy and convenience to the public, people attending remotely can only observe and listen to the Regular Meeting and the Public Hearing to the extent the Internet, technology and microphones properly operate which access cannot be guaranteed. People attending remotely cannot speak to the Board of Trustees concerning this Ordinance due to the unreliability of Internet access in Blue River. Written comments will be accepted if received by 5:00 pm on June 9, 2026. Copies of Ordinance No. 2026-03 were made available for inspection upon request at Blue River Town Hall and also posted on the Town's website: https://townofblueriver.colorado.gov . Copies of the Fire Code are available for public inspection and review either in hardcopy or by viewing an on-line version at the Town Hall on request.
