Location: 2831 Fall River Road, Estes Park Building Setback and Landscape Buffer: A variance is requested for a reduced building setback and landcape buffer along arterial street frontage (Highway 34) to allow encroachment by four (4) proposed short-term rental cabins. Encroachment is proposed at a maximum of ten feet (10') into the twenty-five feet (25') front setback and landscape buffer required in the A (Accommodations) Zoning District.
