Please take notice that on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm, the Larimer County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Hearing Room of the Larimer County Administrative Services Building, 200 West Oak, Fort Collins, Colorado, and hybrid, concerning the following:

Request: A request for a setback variance in the RR 2 zone to recognize a nonconforming house with an
arterial road setback from Taft Hill Rd of 46'11" (where 110' is required), and to allow a proposed

Northerly side setback of 1'4" (where 5' is required).
