The City Council is accepting applications from registered voters residing in the City of Fruita who are interested in filling a vacant seat on the Fruita City Council until the next regular municipal election (April 2028). Applications may be picked up at the Fruita Civic Center or downloaded at /citycouncil and should be submitted to the City of Fruita, 325 E. Aspen, Fruita, CO 81521, Attn: City Clerk or emailed to dwoods@fruita.org by Friday, May 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m . Interviews will be scheduled in early June at the Fruita Civic Center.
