M & D Enterprises , LLC, (Address: 1023 23 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505, Phone: 970-250-2453) has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the C ½ Road Gravel Pit , and is located at or near Section 19, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian, Mesa County, ColoradoThe proposed date of commencement is Fall 2026, and the proposed date of completion is Fall 2038. The proposed future use of the Land is Residential .
