PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Hotchkiss Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Hotchkiss Town Hall, 276 W. Main Street, Hotchkiss, Colorado. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance Request for Fence Height to be over the six (6) foot restriction related to the replacement of an existing shed at 159 E. Orchard Street, proposed to remain in its current location. The request was filed by Lorena Salvador. The Hotchkiss Board of Trustees will also consider this request at a Public Hearing on June 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the same location: 276 W.
