The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance Request for Fence Height to be over the six (6) foot restriction at 791 Barrow Mesa Road. The request was filed by Stacey Hodapp. The Hotchkiss Board of Trustees will also consider this request at a Public Hearing on June 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the same location: 276 W.
