NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING ON PETITION FOR EXCLUSION OF PROPERTY FROM HUDSON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on June 9, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Hudson Fire Protection District ("District") will hold a public meeting to consider four Petitions of Exclusion (the "Petitions") presented by property owners Barry L. Fehr and Molly M. Fehr, Greenleaf Acres, LLC, Demetrius Wiegand, and Mark Skoglund and Lori Skoglund, to exclude from the District's jurisdiction and boundaries real property located in Section 13, Township 2 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado, and which parcels have been or will be annexed into the Town of Keansburg and thereby included into the South East Weld Fire Protection District. Skoglund, 23660 County Road 22, Hudson, CO 80642 A copy of the Petitions including the legal descriptions of the real properties subject to the requested exclusions may be obtained from the District at its Administrative Offices, located at 702 Cedar Street, Hudson Co 80602 or by calling the District Administrator at 303 536 0161. Questions prior to the public meeting on the Petitions should be directed to the District Administrator at 303 536 0161. All interested persons, municipalities, or counties shall appear at the public meeting and show just cause in writing why the Board of Directors of the District should not adopt a final resolution and order approving exclusion of the real property described in the Petitions. The Board of Directors may continue the public meeting to a subsequent meeting.
