TOWN OF HUDSON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hudson Planning Commission shall hold public hearings concerning Case 26-06: Land Development Code Amendments pursuant to the Town of Hudson Municipal Code. The code amendments propose various amendments, including amendments for short term rentals, food trucks, and public notices. The public hearing is to be held before the Hudson Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. Thereafter, the application will be reviewed and may be acted upon by the Town Council on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. Both shall be held at the Hudson Town Hall, 50 S. Beech Street, Hudson, Colorado, or at such time or place in the event the hearing is adjourned.
