NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Loveland City Council on June 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 500 East Third Street, for the purpose of considering amendments to the Unified Development Code related to Proposition 123 and the development review processes. The proposed amendments streamline development processes for eligible affordable housing projects in accordance with the State's required fast-track review process in Proposition 123. Notice is given so that all interested parties and citizens will have an opportunity to be heard.
