Public Hearing — 451 Hot Springs Blvd, Pagosa Springs, CO

Legal Notice of Public Hearing for: 1st St. Lift Station, Lift Station Overflow Vaults, and Category 4 and 5 Sanitary Sewer Pipe Replacement –Pagosa Springs Sanitation General Improvement District, Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This meeting will take place Wednesday June 17th, 2026 at 5:30 pm. The location will be at 451 Hot Springs Blvd. at the Ross Aragon Community Center – South Conference Room. The meeting will discuss the Project Needs Assessment (PNA) that is a report detailing the project as proposed, including project necessity, alternatives, and components. The PNA also describes how the project is being funded. The reports are being submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to qualify Pagosa Springs Sanitation General Improvement District for a State Revolving Fund Loan.
