Public Hearing — 141 S. 6th Street, Pagosa Springs, CO

The Town of Pagosa Springs has received a rezoning application for a portion of Block 40. The applicant is requesting to rezone five (5) lots within Block 40 from Medium Density Residential (R-12) to Mixed Use Residential (MUR). The subject properties are addressed as 141, 157, 173, 181, and 189 S. 6th Street. The request would amend the zoning designation of the subject properties.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 5:30 pm to consider the Rezoning Application, in person at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. Public comments will be made in person and over Zoom. Written comments received 7 days prior to the meeting or public hearing will be forwarded to the Design Review Board for their consideration. Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.
