NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PALISADE, COLORADONotice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Town of Palisade Board of Trustees on June 09, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Palisade Civic Center, 341 W 7th Street, Palisade, Colorado. The proposed amendment to Land Development Code Section 5.04 will include the creation of a new zoning district for parks and amendments to existing commercial zoning districts under Section 5.04 (Nonresidential Districts), including but not limited to the Commercial Business (CB) and Hospitality Retail (HR) districts, as well as other related commercial zone districts, for the purpose of revising permitted uses, standards, and clarifying regulations.
