The public hearing will consider a request for a Planned Development (PD) rezoning and Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat for 3701 G RD (Parcel Number 2941-032-00-156), consisting of a proposal to rezone a portion of the subject property to Planned Development and to approve a preliminary plat for subdivision of the property in accordance with the Town of Palisade Land Development Code Article 8.
