AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SILT, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE EXERCISE OF EMINENT DOMAIN POWERS TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY INTERESTS AT 230 N 7TH STREET, SILT COLORADO, NECESSARY TO MITIGATE ENVIRONMENTAL HARM, ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, AND TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC USE
