The Miramar City Commission will hold a public hearing on June 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to consider adopting an ordinance creating a Floodplain Management Planning Committee to advise on flood risk reduction and CRS-related programs.

The City of Miramar proposes a city-code amendment to create a Floodplain Management Planning Committee to advise on floodplain management, CRS participation, flood risk reduction, and long-term resilience. Public hearings are set for May 2
