BID/PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS Bid/Proposal Documents may be requested by visiting the City of Avon Park website at: http://www.avonpark.city/rfps Bid/Proposal Documents are required for bid/proposal submittal. Bid/Proposal documents will be posted on DemandStar.com. Bid/Proposal documents may also be requested from the Purchasing Agent at amogle@avonpark.city. PRE-BID MEETING There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (EST). The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the Utility Billing Office located at 110 East Main Street, Avon Park, FL 33825. ADDENDA It is the proposers responsibility to check the Website http://www.avonpark.city/rfps or contact the Purchasing Agent at amogle@avonpark.city prior to submitting a bid/proposal to ensure they have the full RFP package, to ascertain whether any addenda have been issued, and to obtain all such addenda and acknowledge the addenda with the submitted bid/proposal.
