NOTICE IS HEREBY given that electronic bids only will be received by the TOWN OF FORT MYERS BEACH electronically through www.demandstar.com until 2:00 pm LOCAL TIME on Friday, May 15, 2026. Bids will be opened at 2:15 pm LOCAL TIME on Friday, May 15, 2026, in Town Hall Council Chambers, 6231 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931.

Any bids received by the Town after the above date and time shall remain unopened.
The Town of Fort Myers Beach seeks to contract a qualified Bidder to provide electrical restoration and lighting installation services at Bayside Park and along Old San Carlos Boulevard in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Services shall include but are not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair and/or replace light fixtures, receptacles, electrical panel equipment, conduits, street and decorative lighting, and all additional scopes of work as described herein. The Town anticipates the award of one contract as a result of this Invitation to Bid.
The Town of Fort Myers Beach reserves the right, in its sole judgment in the best interest of the Town of Fort Myers Beach, to waive any informalities in any bids; to make an award; to waive any non-substantive, in Town's sole judgment, irregularity or technicality in bids received, and/or to reject any or all bids.
