Decker Construction is soliciting proposals for the FS00048 UF Communicore Morgue Project Bldg 0203 project located at:

1249 Center Dr
Gainesville, FL

Project scope includes:

The removal and replacement of the existing morgue cooler with like and kind model
Perform all necessary testing and certifications for cooler
Disposal of all existing equipment and components
Utility disconnects and sanitization by others

Please note the following:

 There are no bid docs
 There will not be a mandatory pre-bid meeting
 All bidders are required to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the project scope required to provide a turnkey bid to demo, furnish, and install a new cooler equal to or better than the existing cooler
