NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 04/15/2026, and entered in Case No. 2025000348CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Putnam County, Florida wherein EQUITY PRIME MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and WENDELL E. WILKINSON; FLORIDA CREDIT UNION, is/are Defendant(s), Putnam County Clerk of Courts, Matt Reynolds, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.putnam.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 11, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 6 OF INTERLACHEN LAKE ESTATES UNIT NO. 25, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 5, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PUTNAM COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT STRUCTURE ONCE REFERRED TO AS A 1997 GENERAL LEASING CO SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME; I.D. NUMBER: GMHGA2299716458, TITLE NUMBER: 75425816, FOR WHICH THE TITLE HAS BEEN RETIRED PURSUANT TO SECTION 319.2611, FLORIDA STATUTES
Commonly known as: 205 Starlight Ave E, Florahome, FL 32140
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
