The East 1/2 of lands described in O.R.B. 3576, Page 402, Public Records of Alachua County, Florida being the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 10 South, Range 18 East, Alachua County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 29 and run thence North 01 deg. 2244 West, along the East line of said Section, a distance of 1327.17 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence North 89 deg. 3426 West, along the South line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 657.98 feet to the Southeast corner of said West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the Point-of-Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence continue North 89 deg. 3426 West, along said South line, a distance of 328.99 feet; thence North 01 deg. 2604, West, a distance of 1329.28 feet to the North line of the said West 1/2; thence South 89 deg. 2657 East, along said North line, a distance of 328.37 feet to the Northeast corner of said West 1/2; thence South 01 deg. 2743 East, a distance of 1328.67 feet to the said Point-of-Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for egress, ingress and public utilities over the South 40 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 10 South, Range 18 East, All being and lying in Alachua County, Florida.
