Notice of Pre-Qualification
Rodda Construction, Inc., on behalf of Polk County Public Schools, is currently pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for any and all trades for the Kathleen MS New ADA Restroom Project (PCPS Project #C-391) located at 3627 Kathleen Pines, Lakeland, FL 33810.
           
The scope of work for this project includes: sitework/ underground utilities, final cleaning, concrete (flat-work & vertical), masonry (block & brick), structural steel/ handrails, sidewalks, cabinetry and millwork, roofing & flashing, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, glass, metal stud framing & drywall, flooring/ base, painting, signage, misc. specialties, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.

Bid documents are not currently available and dates for the Pre-bid Meeting and Sealed Bid Opening have not been established. Approved bidders will be notified of the availability of plans and the bid date and time via email or fax. This will be a Sealed Bid Opening at the School Board of Polk County. Do not send bids directly to Rodda Construction.
 
M/WBE participation is strongly encouraged.
