Peacock Building Renovations- Phase 3 (MEPs)
 
The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the Peacock Building Renovations- Phase 3: MEPs project located at 121 SW Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, FL. 33984. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager. 
 
The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on or about Monday, May 18, 2026  by request to estimating@morganti.com.
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinklers for the 1stand 2nd Floors
Sealed bids are due no later than Thursday, June 18, by 2:00pm, to The Morganti Group, Inc., 1662 North US HWY. 1. STE C, Jupiter FL, 33469. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids.
Interested parties are requested to send an email to estimating@morganti.com to request a pre-qualification package. Once completed, the pre-qualification questionnaire must be returned by email to estimating@morganti.com or delivered to The Morganti Group, Inc., at 1662 North US HWY. 1. STE C, Jupiter FL, 33469, in order to receive a secure link to the bid documents.
