NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 2025-CA-000627 NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, v. KEVIN ACEVEDO QUINONES, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on March 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit: Lot 3, HAMMOCKS AT WEST PORT PHASE 1, as per Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 8A through 8J, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
