YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Putnam County, Florida:
Lot 10-11, COUNTRY LIVING (an unrecorded subdivision): A tract of land lying in and being a part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 9 South, Range 23 East, Putnam County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the said W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 8; Thence S 515'07" E, and along the East line of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 135.64 feet; Thence S 7033'14" W, 250.0 feet; Thence S 515'07" E, 350.00 feet to the point of beginning and to close.
SUBJECT TO a 33-foot easement across the Northerly part thereof for ingress and egress. Also subject to a 7.5-foot utility easement at the side and rear of said parcel. TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress as recorded in O.R Book 347, pages 80 and 82 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida.
