NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25000845CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and Brent Lee Emily, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D.
