Early Law, P.A f/k/a Gasdick Stanton Early, P.A. has been appointed as Trustee by WYNDHAM VACATION RESORTS, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION for the purposes of instituting a Trustee Foreclosure and Sale under Fla. Stat. 721.856. The following owners are hereby notified that you are in default of the note and mortgage for the following properties located in Pinellas County, Florida:  
Contract Number: 3712300351 - DEBORAH JEAN LARSON, 15114 ANCHORAGE RD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982; Principal Balance: $60,527.74; Interest: $7,861.54; Late Charges: $45.00; TOTAL: $68,434.28 through September 2, 2025 (per diem: $26.831/day thereafter) for the following Property: One (1) Standard Vacation Ownership Interest (VOI) having a 389,000/163,951,000 undivided tenant-in-common fee simple interest in real property commonly known as Units Numbered 671, 672, 674, 676, 677, 678, 679, 680, 681, 682, 683 of CLEARWATER BEACH RESORT VO CONDOMINIUM (CONDOMINIUM) a/n Annual Standard VOI as described in the Timeshare Declaration and such VOI has been allocated 389,000 Points at the time of purchase as defined in such Timeshare Declaration for use in Each year(s). 
ALL within CLEARWATER BEACH RESORT VO CONDOMINIUM (CONDOMINIUM), together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Clearwater Beach Resort VO Condominium (Condominium Declaration), as recorded on February 2, 2017 in Official Records Book 19507, Page 176 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all appurtenances thereto; and the Declaration of Vacation Plan for Clearwater Beach Resort Vacation Ownership Plan (Timeshare Declaration), as recorded in Official Records Book 19519, Page 2693 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida together with any and all amendments and supplements thereto; and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of Clearwater Beach Resort ((MASTER DECLARATION), as recorded on February 2, 2017 in Official Records book 19507, Page 20 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all appurtenances thereto; the said Condominium Declaration, Master Declaration and Timeshare Declaration being hereinafter collectively referred to as the Declarations. 
The owners must pay the TOTAL listed above plus the per diem and a $ 340.00 fee for trustee foreclosure sale plus costs as they accrue, if any.  Failure to cure the default set forth herein or take other appropriate action regarding this matter will result in the loss of ownership of the timeshare through the trustee foreclosure procedure set forth in F.S.721.856. You have the right to submit an objection form, exercising your right to object to the use of the trustee foreclosure procedure. If the objection is filed this matter shall be subject to the judicial foreclosure procedure only.  The default may be cured any time before the trustees sale of your timeshare interest. If you do not object to the trustee foreclosure procedure, you will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the sale of your timeshare interest are insufficient to offset the amounts secured by the lien.
