NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to: a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Two Commercial Mortgages and for Money Damages entered on November 25th, 2025; and an Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff's Agreed Emergency Motion to Cancel January 27, 2026 Foreclosure Sale and to Revise Order of Two Sequential Foreclosure Sales entered on January 22nd, 2026; in Case No. 2025 10542 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein, NEWTEK SMALL BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: TIMOTHY COPE a/k/a TIMOTHY JAMES COPE; CORA A. COPE a/k/a CORA ANN COPE; ATLANTIC WINDOW AND DOORS LLC; OCEANS FIVE CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SOUTHEAST RESTORATION GROUP, INC.; and DEVIN COPE f/k/a JOHN ROE (UNKNOWN TENANT 3 IN POSSESSION); the Clerk of the Court of Volusia County, Florida, LAURA E. ROTH, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, on March 24th, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Two Commercial Mortgages and for Money Damages, to wit:
Unit No. 2001 of Oceans Five, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1796, Page 956, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 1, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, together with exclusive use of Garage Space No. 2104, as an apputenance hereto.
Property Address: 2987 South Atlantic Avenue, Unit 010, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.
