To Defendants, BERNADETTE CRUZ CARRION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNADETTE CRUZ CARRION, VILLA SOL RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2026, in Case No.: 49-2025-CA-001666, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff, and BERNADETTE CRUZ CARRION, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Osceola County:
Lot(s) 11, Villa Sol Village 4 - Replat, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 178 and 179, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on MAY 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST to the highest and best bidder at Osceola County Historic Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204, Kissimmee, FL 34741, in accordance with  45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
