LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and PEDRO RAFAEL NEGRONI BRIGNONI; ADRIANA MARIE CRUZ NEGRONI; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; THE FLORA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, Clerk of Circuit Court for OSCEOLA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ROOM 204 of the OSCEOLA County Historic Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee FL, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of MARCH 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
