Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 11, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 15, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with half of the 10 foot alleyway lying adjacent to Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, which was vacated by the virtue of Resolution No. 3399-19, recorded in Book 4400, Page 2083, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 18, 2026 at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
