Plaintiff, vs. LORENZO MYERS, Defendant( s ), NOTICE OF ACTION NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on December 17, 2025, and is now pending as case number 2025-CA-000883 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Santa Rosa. The name of the unserved party to the action is: Lorenzo Myers 2155 Tom St, Navarre, FL 32566 and the nature of the proceeding is an action for Partition for Real Property. This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Press-Gazatte Newspaper. Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiffs attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr. , Riverview, FL 33569, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter.
