NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on or about December 12, 2025, and is now pending as case number 2025-CA-005205 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Polk.
The name of the unserved party to the action is:
Hameed Ali- 20 Moreton Way, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5LT
and the nature of the proceeding is a Quite Title.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiffs attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr, Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs attorncy or immediately thercafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
