Project:   VCS Heritage Middle School Renovate Science Labs
Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by Volusia County Schools to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the VCS Heritage Middle School Renovate Science Labs.  The project is located at 1001 Parnell Court, Deltona, FL  32738.  Bids are being solicited for this project.  All bids are to be submitted through Building Connected no later than April 2, 2026 @ 3:00pm.
Scope of work includes:  Demolition of plumbing and electrical for abandoned science casework. Patch and repair of existing floor finish.

All work shall be in accordance with bidding documents, drawings, specifications and other construction documents may be reviewed CPPIs Oviedo, FL office.
