Specific Request:
The Applicant Landowner requests a Variance from Section 155.3402(C) of the Pompano Beach Zoning Code, which establishes the intensity and dimensional standards for the General Industrial (I-1) Zoning District. The requested Variance would allow the replacement of an existing awning with a street side yard setback of 0 feet, continuing a legally nonconforming condition of the existing building, in lieu of the 10-foot street side yard setback required by Code.
