NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Final Judgment and Damages and Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated April 16, 2026 and entered in the above-styled cause, that the Clerk of Court, MIKE CARUSO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 21, 2026, the following described real property: 
Lot 50, ISLAND IN THE GROVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 178, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Subject to covenants, conditions, limitations, restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes subsequent to 2017.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT BEFORE OR NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
