NOTICE is hereby given that, Brenda D. Forman Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, will on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Broward County, Florida, to wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10, Thence Northerly along the East boundary of said Lot 10, a distance of 132.89 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; Thence Southerly, making an angle of 101 degrees 11 minutes 45 seconds, with the North boundary of said Lot 10 (measured in the Southwest quadrant) a distance of 101.92 feet; Thence Southeasterly, making an included angle of 163 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of 32 feet to the Point of Beginning.
