NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated April 7, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 502025CA010811XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the 15 th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Jennifer Serota, Peter B. Serota, and Riverwalk Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at public sale on July 22, 2026. The subject property shall be sold by electronic sale beginning at 10 a.m. at: https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 16.00 Feet, Block 43, Plat No. 3, Riverwalk, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 36, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
